Going back in time to Jamcruise 6 doesn't sound like a bad idea. I would get back on board today if we were heading back out for the open seas of funky good times. This is from Michael Franti and Spearhead's sail away party. We were pulling away from Cozumel, Mexico with such a great vibe going that the Carnival cruisers beside us had serious boat envy.

Just to change it up for a day here is a shot of the bad ass muthas from the midwest, Wilco. Their show here in Nashville at the Ryman was phenomenal. Just ask Bobby Bare Jr, Jason Isbell, John Paul Jones, producer Brad Jones or any of the other people in attendance.

The first photo is of the always entertaining Yard Dog Road Show girls..



The second is one of my new favorite bands, Backyard Tire Fire. These Midwestern boys are not new to the scene, but are really starting to catch people's attention. They make really good honest music.




Last one for the day is some hometown boys. American Bang brought their version of rock and roll Nashville to the masses at Langerado, and seemed to go over rather well.
